1,000 test drives at the Lindner Innovation Days; Supercup firmly in Tyrolean hands

One of the main attractions around the Lindner Innovation Centre was the new Lintrac 160 LDrive, which visitors were able to test drive with a front loader, among other configurations. At the heart of the tractor is the ZF TMT14 continuously variable transmission, which Lindner developed together with ZF specifically for its top model from Kundl. For the first time, an FPT engine with a displacement of 4.5 litres and 700 Nm of torque provides full power under the bonnet. The engine delivers 129 kW (175 hp). This makes the Lintrac 160 LDrive, which has been in series production since May 2026, Lindner's most powerful tractor.

Thanks to its four-wheel steering, the Lintrac 160 LDrive is also the most manoeuvrable model in its horsepower class. Professional users save time because significantly fewer turning manoeuvres are required. The four-wheel steering also ensures precise tracking and helps prevent damage to the ground. With its steered rear axle, the Lintrac 160 LDrive has a turning circle diameter of just 8.5 metres. The newly designed steering knuckles are particularly robust and engineered to accommodate larger tyre sizes.

The new Lintrac 130 PRO also attracted considerable interest. Thanks to power management, the PRO version of the Lintrac 130 delivers 106 kW (144 hp) and 566 Nm of torque at 1,500 rpm. With its optimised cooling package including a viscous fan, as well as a reinforced vibration damper between the engine and transmission, the Lintrac 130 PRO is able to deliver consistently high performance.

The TracLink cab makes a significant contribution to the high level of driving comfort in the Lintrac 130 and is specifically designed for long working days. The cab is optionally available with air suspension. A particularly comfortable seat is also fitted. A suspended front axle comes as standard on the 50 km/h version.

A glimpse into an all-electric future
How does the prototype of Lindner's first all-electric transporter compare with the diesel-powered Unitrac 122 LDrive? Visitors were able to find out first-hand from behind the wheel of both models. The Unitrac 122 E's drive system uses 800-volt technology and features a battery capacity of up to 190 kWh. This provides an operating time of up to eight hours with a payload of 6,000 kilograms. As a result, the Unitrac 122 E can be integrated into existing vehicle fleets without restricting operational planning. The official market launch is planned for 2028.

Tyrolean clean sweep at the Lintrac Supercup
The two-day Innovation Days concluded with the grand final of the Lintrac Supercup, which featured a first. For the first time, the final was held on the real-life course over two runs. With a total time of 7 minutes and 57 seconds behind the wheel of the Lintrac 100 and in the gaming cab, Felix Rauch from the Tyrolean Oberland secured victory in the final. Last year's winner Dominik Baumann from Hochfilzen finished second with a time of 8 minutes and 37 seconds, while Leo Rauch from Roppen took third place with a time of 9 minutes and 56 seconds. The top three finishers received TracRent vouchers worth €5,000 and can now use them to hire a tractor from the Lindner fleet.

The combination of gaming and real-life tractor driving once again proved successful in 2026. Competitors had to manoeuvre the continuously variable Lintrac across the side-slope section before attaching and detaching both the loader wagon and mower. The highlight was the seesaw, where the tractor had to be balanced for several seconds.
